Jayney Goddard MSc, FCMA, Lic.LCCH, Dip.ACH, FRSPH is considered to be one of the world's leading experts in the complementary medical and natural healthcare fields and she is a Fellow of the Royal Society of Medicine.

Jayney genuinely recognises how important lifestyle factors are in the treatment of long lasting - chronic - conditions. She is a long-term survivor of a devastating health problem and has made a miraculous recovery and now enjoys radiant health and wellbeing.
Qualified in a variety of complementary medical disciplines, Jayney utilises an eclectic range of therapies to work with her clients - according to their own individual need.
Jayney's practice philosophy is that one should 'partner' with clients and work as a team to gain optimal results.
Her particular interests include working with people suffering from chronic degenerative conditions - especially those of an auto-immune and inflammatory nature, holistic anti-ageing and regenerative medicine, types 1 and 2 diabetes and the complications thereof and much more.
Jayney Goddard is President of The Complementary Medical Association (The CMA) which is the world's largest professional membership body for complementary medicine (CM), and she has a vast depth of knowledge across the entire field of complementary medicine and natural healthcare and can always be relied upon to provide substantiated research data during any interview, lecture or written work.
Jayney is a Fellow of the Royal Society of Medicine and a Fellow of the Royal Society for Public Health. She was recently awarded the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Expo Award for Outstanding Contribution to Complementary Medicine. She studied Mind/Body Medicine at Harvard Medical School under Dr Herbert Benson (the "Father" of Mind/Body Medicine) and she also has a Master of Science post-graduate degree from the University of Central Lancashire and is due to begin her Doctorate in January.

Our beautiful yoga classes are taught by Steffi Goddard; Artist, Yoga Teacher and Reiki Healer
Steffi has spent her professional life as a successful artist and art teacher, working on many community and schools projects, teaching children and aldults of all ages to experience the joy of painting, including working with Down Syndrome and Aspergers.
She also has an impressive list of collectors worlwide and regularly exhibits her work in galleries in England and Spain.
Steffi has practiced yoga all her life, and is a qualified yoga teacher and Reiki healer. Her dream was to open a retreat in Spain where she could bring together individuals for art and yoga and for other professional teachers to do the same.
