A typical day on our 'Relax, Rejuvenate, De-Stress and Transform YOUR Life NOW!' retreat:
7.30am 'Wake-up' Health Drink followed by Optional Yoga or Walking (distance and difficulty -- up to you!)
8.30am Meditation and/or Guided Visualisation
9.00am Breakfast Organic Juice or Smoothie with 'LOVE': Local, Organic, Vegan, Ethical
10.30am Lecture and Q&A - topics vary but centre on natural, holistic anti-ageing, optimal health and wellbeing
12.30pm Lunch - a raw, luscious plant-based lunch with 'LOVE': Local, Organic, Vegan, Ethical
2.00pm Free Time - this can be as active or relaxing as you wish and can you can choose from a whole array of activities:

During your stay at Cortijo las Salinas we want you to experience our superb treatments and exciting classes - however it is also important that you are able to properly rest and relax too. For this reason, all activities are optional and we encourage you to do as little or as much as you wish.
